Prices

The prices shown are per person per day, with ¾ board gourmet package.

The tourist tax of € 4.00 (Schlössl suites € 3.00) is charged for all persons aged 14 and over. This tax is not included in the room price and can only be paid on site.

 

Rates for children

Prices quoted are per day for each child staying in their parents' room or suite, and include the ¾ board gourmet package:
  • Free for up to age 2 in cot
  • € 57 for ages 3 to 7 | € 77 in the suite family penthouse
  • € 67 for ages 8 to 11 | € 87 in the suite family penthouse
  • € 77 for ages 12 to 16 | € 97 in the suite family penthouse
  • 30% reduction from age 17
  • We offer a 30% discount on the list prices for a third and fourth person in the room/suite

Reductions, supplements, etc.

  • Late check-out: up to 2 p.m., at the extra cost of € 20 per room
  • Single room supplement: € 20 per day for a double room use single room, € 30 per day for a double room, € 40 for a suite and room alpenrelax and room alpenrelax and jacuzzi
  • Room with breakfast only: reduction of € 15 per person per day
  • Full board: supplement of € 20 per person per day
  • Dogs: only allowed by previous arrangement. The charge for dogs is € 20 per day, excluding food. Please bring your pet's basket or blanket with you. To respect other guests, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, or in the wellness and swimming pool areas.

  • Alto Adige Guest Pass: with the Alto Adige Guest Pass you have the opportunity to use all public transportation in South Tyrol. On presentation of the Guest Pass you also receive discounts on cable cars, museums and leisure facilities.

Cancellations

Sometimes things turn out differently than you think, and we understand that.

  • Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. In the event of a later cancellation, we will charge 80% of the total amount. In the case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, the entire amount will be charged.
  • We recommend that you take out comprehensive travel cancellation insurance.
     
     

Deposit & methods of payment

We ask you in advance for a deposit of 30% of the total price within 7 days. After receiving the deposit, we will send you your booking confirmation. An accommodation contract only comes into effect upon receipt of the written booking confirmation and payment of the deposit. The remaining amount can be paid in cash (please inform yourself of the actual legal limit) or by card (Mastercard, Eurocard and Visa) on site.
